Always conscientious about helping patients, Dr. Ed lends an attentive ear to first determine what's going on with them. He also provides thorough examinations and explanations. A clear communicator, Dr. Ed will let each patient know what he thinks is wrong in simple terms and how he may help. He will then devise a customized care plan.

To assist their care Dr. Ed also holds regular health talks, produces informative newsletters and sends weekly emails.
